SAMM (Support After Murder and Manslaughter)
SAMM is a national UK Charity supporting families bereaved by Murder and Manslaughter.
They also provide advice and training to many agencies on issues relevant to the traumatically bereaved.
Victim Support
They are the national charity giving free and confidential help to victims of crime, witnesses, their family, friends and anyone else affected across England and Wales. They also speak out as a national voice for victims and witnesses and campaign for change. They have offices throughout England and Wales and they run the Witness Service in every criminal court. Victim Support have been funded to deliver the Homicide Service to those bereaved through murder or manslaughter recognising the specialist needs of this group of people.

They are a national charity for road crash victims. Their members include those who have been bereaved or injured in crashes and also those who are concerned about road danger.

The Centre for Trauma, Resilience and Growth
The Centre for Trauma, Resilience and Growth is a partnership between the Trauma Service situated within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and the Research Group for the Study of Trauma, Resilience and Growth within the University of Nottingham - this brings together staff from the School of Sociology and Social Policy, School of Education and the Institute for Work, Health and Organisations to form an interdisciplinary partnership dedicated to therapy, education, consultancy and research related to trauma.
