Clifford is an experienced facilitator who is passionate about helping others fulfil their unique potential and escape limitations.  He understands that people need to be supported holistically in order to succeed. Clifford leads a portfolio lifestyle combining activities which together have been described as social entrepreneurship.  Having previously worked with a large city centre church helping marginalised people, been Chaplain to the Boys’ Brigade in Birmingham and co-founded a successful e-business, he is now focused on innovating restorative approaches which help repair the harm caused by crime.  He is the Restorative Work Manager for HMP Hewell and also has a national remit for the Prison Service in developing a restorative intervention.  Born in Northern Ireland, Clifford believes in reconciliation, peace and laughter.
